This is my second day of my 12 day diet. I was feeling a bit weak for the past two days so, it really takes a lot of effort on my part to get up and do some household work. I’m just glad that my Hubby is around to help me with the kids.
I’m doing this low carb diet so, that must explain my being weak and tired since I’m a carbo junkie. Anyways, I’ve done this diet before and it’s usually like this for the first few days. I’m sure I’ll feel better and lighter a day after tomorrow. Then, I’ll be up and about doing my household chores and taking care of the kids.

I just arranged our book shelf and I found out that I already have quite a lot of recipe books at hand. I never got the chance to try out most of the dishes in my recipe books.
But as it’s in my new year’s resolution to try out one new dish a week, then I have to start browsing through these books and find one per week.
