What’s your way to de-stress? As for me, going out to the malls and eating out is a way for me to de-stress. I know that it’s not a very healthy way to de-stress and I’m afraid it might lead to emotional eating disorders. But, I can’t help but feel relaxed when I’m out of the house and dine out at the same time too.
For some people, doing outdoor activities like atv racing , scuba diving or white water rafting might be helpful for them. I guess doing this will also keep them fit and healthy. I hope I could say the same for me too.
