Since I’m seriously watching my diet now, I’m only cooking for the kids and Hubby. My meals are actually very simple and easy to make. My breakfast only consist of cereals while l have sandwiches for lunch and dinner has been quite varied.
I plan to add more vegetables, lean meat and fruit on my diet. But I’ll have to do all that slowly. I haven’t been very fond of fruits and veggies since time immemorial so, I just have to go slow on this. I’ve tried a lot of fad diets that work with other people but doesn’t somehow work with me because I easily give up especially with those diets with so much of restrictions.
Anyways, I really hope I can reach to a point when eating healthily will become a part of my lifestyle.
