Domestic Diva Wannabe

Yes, I can drive, but the problem is I don’t know how to park the car properly. It’s a good thing though that there are not much cars parked on the side road every time I fetch our girl from school. So, I have all the space in the world to park the car. But yesterday, was different. The road near our house was being repaired so, the homeowners on that side of the neighborhood parked their cars on our street. I got a shock when I came out of the house to find our car ‘closely’ ( in my point of view) in between 2 other cars. I almost freaked out and was tempted to call 911 ( my Hubby)  since I don’t know how to take out our car without hitting the other cars. And thankfully was I able to gather some courage and strength ( thank God) and thought that maybe I could give it  a try. And I did it! Whew!

And the next problem would be coming back home and parking the car back inside the slot. So, I was hoping that at least one car won’t be there when I come back so it’ll be easier for me to park. But then, I we came back, both cars were still there and there wasn’t any ‘bigger’ spaces for me to park in the neighborhood. So, I tried to get inside the slot again and praying that I won’t hit the other cars. After a few tries, I was able to get inside.. but with the back of the car jutting out a bit. LOL!! It was an unsuccessful parking and just had to leave it like that and wait till my Hubby comes. LOL!
