I had been Coke-free for almost a month .. took a break and now, I’m not that Coke free anymore. But I’m slowly switching to Coke Zero. I bought a pack of coke zero in cans just the other night and these are reserved for times when I’m craving for Coke. At least I have an alternative but soon enough, I’ll have to abandon this too for I know it’s not a healthy drink.
I wonder if the weight loss drinks at www.weightlossdrink.org can be a healthy alternative to all these diet sodas. What do you think?
