
I’m challenging myself to lose weight before my 3_th birthday. That’s approximately 2 months from now. I don’t know how many times I jumped from being so motivated to being so lax with my diet and fitness endeavor. If only I was consistent and continued on..
But anyways, let me start all over again and I hope this time, it’ll be for real… no more weekend breaks ( that lasts for a month!) and I’ll just continue on to eat healthily, exercise regularly and turn these fats into lean muscles. I don’t need all those bulky muscles that would make me look like a guy who applies the best testosterone cream. I just need to have a flatter tummy and skinnier legs, arms and body.
