
I really don’t like this feeling.. I’m on Day 1 of my Atkins Diet now and planning to do it for a long time. But here I am, feeling tired and irritable. Yes, I know it’s because I’m experiencing some kind of withdrawal syndrome from my sugary and starchy diet for the past weeks. But then, with me feeling like this now, I’m already having second thoughts whether to continue with this diet or not. Arghh… This is not good..
Anyways, I’ll try to get some rest and let this feeling go. I know there are far more easy ways to lose weight and got read good sensa reviews. But I want to lose weight as naturally as possible too. And I know I’ll feel better after a few days.
