We got some left overs from our Indian yesterday, it’s a bit tempting to have a snack of rice and Indian curry but then, it’ll be too much carbo for me. I’ve really been in the mood to eat these days. I guess it’s because I feel like I’m also on a holiday like my friends are. LOL! I better start my diet again next week. I also need some colon cleanser to cleanse my system from all the soda drinks and fatty food I’ve consumed.
Party’s over and I still feel so stuffed. I’ve eaten a slice of pizza, a serving of potato salad, two pieces of chicken and 2 slices of chocolate moist cake. I didn’t do my calorie count today as I am afraid to see the reality that I’ve gone overboard in my calorie daily requirement.
I will have to try to limit my calorie intake tomorrow to 1,200- 1,500 so, that I’ll get back on track to my fitness goal. Oh, I just hope it’s not this hard to lose weight. If not, I’ll have to go to www.weightlossdietpills.net and look for the best weight lose pill.
It’s valentines day today! Just an hour ago, my friends and I got flowers from our respective husbands. It was so sweet of the Hubbies to buy flowers and give to us during the first hour of Valentines Day.
Now, my friends and I are chatting now and be sleeping in awhile. It’s already 2:08 am and I have to wake up early morning tomorrow to prepare for breakfast. We have more visitors coming for breakfast because we will be having Sunday worship here in the house. I’ll just have to prepare ham sandwich, hotdogs and coffee.
Ok..I really have to go now..sleeping late at night is not good for my skin. I have to get a good acne solution to help my skin become clearer.
