Coming Holiday

I just wrote about the advantages of taking regular breaks in one of my recent posts. I then remember that my Hubby and I do have an upcoming break at the end of the month.

If everything goes well, we might be spending weekend in Indonesia at the end of the month. This is actually a free trip that my Hubby has won in a contest. Though it’s not exactly like  Orlando vacation packages but I’m sure it’ll be a great, restful trip for my Hubby and I. Wow! I’m excited!

Beauty Routine

I’ve been quite regular with my beauty regimen these days. It’s not very complicated though. I start with washing my face with a deep cleanser which is not phisoderm since I don’t have skin allergies,  then a toner and a special skin cream which I bought from the Philippines. Though my night beauty routine only has 3 steps, but when you’re tired and sleepy at the end of the day, it’s usually one of the things you omit so you can immediately hit the bed.

But seeing the changes in my skin now, I’m more motivated to keep up with my night beauty routine no matter how sleepy or tired I may be.

Regular Breaks

Stay-at-home Moms need regular breaks and rests in between. With the challenges of facing the kids and housework day in and day out, there’s indeed a tendency for burnt out.

I’m just glad that my Hubby realizes my need for regular breaks so, that’s why he schedules day outs for me (sometimes with my li’l girl) where I could just enjoy being by myself and do the things I wanted to do like eating ice cream at Swensen’s or window shopping.

Parental burn outs may result to depression so, better avoid this tendency and set regular breaks for yourself. Though there are available depression treatment reviews  but indeed prevention is better than cure.
