Metro Manila, Philippines has experienced its worst flood ever in more than 43 years on Saturday, September 26, 2009. The rain that caused the great flood lasted for only 6 hours but PAGASA says, the amount of rainful for 6 hours is worth a month.

The damages caused by the Typhoon Ondoy:  72 dead and missing. Meanwhile on Saturday, thousands of people were stranded in their rooftops and thousands more stuck on the road.

Muhammad Akbar Risuddin is triple the size of the normal baby and weighs 19.2 pounds (8.7 kg). This Indonesian baby made its way into the world this week in Indonesia. As for the record, he is the biggest and heaviest baby in Indonesia. His size already looks like that of a normal 10 month old baby boy. I’m sure his parents, Hananuddin and Ani are proud to have such a BIG bundle of  joy.

For you info: The world’s heaviest baby was born in 1879 in Ohio and weighed 23.8 pounds (10.8 kg), but the baby died 11 hours later, according to Guinness World Records. The heaviest baby to survive was a boy born in 1955 in Aversa, Italy. He weighed 22.6 pounds (10.2 kg)

A very rare pregnancy case has been experienced by a pregnant woman in Arkansas. Julia Grovenburg ( see photo above)  just went for her routine ultra sound when the doctor found out that there is another baby inside her womb.

Different from identical twins or fraternal twins, the Grovenburg babies would have separate due dates and are considered to be a rare medical occurrence.
